  • 1 can garbanzo beans/chickpeas (15 oz), drained
  • 0.5 cup spinach
  • 3 oz, crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 0.25 cup red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic
  • Notes: Last time (03-05-2011) used full pepper was too much cut it back & add Pine Nuts
