CHIMICHURRI SAUCE


Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley leaves , tightly packed
  • 1 tbsp oregano leaves (Use some out of the garden)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 0 - 2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional - adjust to taste)
  • 1/8 cup (65 ml) WHITE wine vinegar, (2 TBSP or 1 Oz)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) extra virgin olive oil

Step by Step method

    Step 1.

    Dump all dry stuff in one of the 4-blade spice grinder cups.

    Step 2.

    Pulse a few times to break it down a bit. (The parsley will sit on top)

    Step 3.

    Add Wet (Oil and vinegar) to the cup and pulse some more. It should end up being an emulsion.
