Make regular bread dough
Rest dough 1/2 hour
Roll into hotdog size and rest 15 minutes
Butter ends of cookie sheets
brush with egge whites

Step by Step method

Step 1.

mix parmisian,garlic powder, parsley, paprika& salt - sprinkle over bread sticks

Step 2.

Raise in moist oven for 15 minutes

Step 3.

cook at 350 untill golden brown
